To meet our customers' delivery requirements, Chengmao categorizes customer projects into two major groups: new and existing files. We provide one-on-one customized services, with our sales representatives communicating directly with customers.
Rush Orders: When a customer requires an urgent order, our sales representative confirms the customer's requirements, creates the 3D drawing files, and immediately enters the project into the production schedule for expedited processing.
Existing Orders: Since files from existing customers have already been incorporated into Chengmao's standardized operating procedures, once an order is placed, it can immediately enter the customized production scheduling process designed specifically for the customer. However, if the customer requests a new design process, our staff will flexibly adjust the workflow according to the customer's requirements.
